A superb panoramic holiday home in Chia with a large garden and stunning views!

Access to the holiday home is via the garden and the spacious veranda, from which you can enjoy a unique view of the sea, the Chia Tower reflected in the lagoon with pink flamingos...!

The holiday home is on one level and sleeps 6 people (or 7 with one child).

The beautiful green lawn is ideal for a family! Or for several families, as it is possible to book multiple houses next to each other.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms.

The living area features a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, which leads to the spacious panoramic living room (where the sofa bed sleeps 2 people) and to the large veranda, furnished for al fresco dining, framed by large stone columns and overlooking the Chia Tower reflected in the sea!
... At the rear of the house is a large backyard where the laundry room is located.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and 4G Wi-Fi.

The house has its own reserved parking space and direct access.

Baby equipment, a crib, and a highchair are available upon request.

The price includes accommodation, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, parking, and air conditioning.

The final cleaning fee includes weekly delivery and collection of household linens (for beds, bath, and kitchen), as well as a starter kit for cleaning the house (tools and cleaning supplies).

Upon request, other apartments can be combined with similar ones for larger groups.
