The house's design is inspired by the hues of the Chia Dunes sand and shades of blue.

Comfortable and spacious, fresh and well-organized, with architecture that blends seamlessly into the surrounding nature.

Stone and wood are the traditional materials used in the houses, but the interiors also incorporate contemporary details.

The house is laid out on two levels:

The ground floor comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a kitchen, and a living area with a sofa bed (which can accommodate two additional people). A mezzanine level features a private corner with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom overlooking the greenery.

The ground floor also includes a mezzanine level with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The layout of the beds offers various options for guests, depending on the house's capacity.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 4G Wi-Fi, and a safe large enough for 15" laptops. Baby equipment, a crib, and a highchair are available upon request. Two comfortable sun loungers await you in the garden for relaxation. Reserved parking is just a few meters away.

The price includes rent, water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, reserved parking in the park, and air conditioning. The final cleaning fee includes weekly delivery of linens (for beds, bath, and kitchen) and a cleaning starter kit (tools and cleaning supplies).
