The villa enjoys a unique location nestled between Mediterranean scrubland, the sand dunes, and the Nautical Club.

Framed by the stone facade, the veranda features large windows shaded by Sardinian curtains: an exceptional spot for al fresco dining overlooking the spacious garden!

White walls, stone or ceramic cladding, and furniture in shades of gray, sand, blue, and turquoise... The large and bright living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, minimalist furniture, and carefully selected objects, seashells, vases, lamps, and designer decorations, all sharing a common thread: the colors of nature and the sea.

The three bedrooms, all with sea views, are meticulously designed down to the smallest detail to provide maximum comfort and make guests feel at home in the magical setting of Chia.

The beds are double beds but can also be separated into two single beds.

Both bathrooms are equipped with high-quality materials and feature a large shower.

The kitchen, furnished with custom-designed furniture made by local artisans, is a small and functional space connected to the living room and overlooking a comfortable and airy courtyard with a convenient laundry room.

The house's garden connects to the rear courtyard, where an outdoor shower is located.

The bed configuration allows for various options for guests, depending on the house's capacity.

The reserved parking space is just a few meters away.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, 4G Wi-Fi, and a safe large enough for a 15" laptop. In the stunning panoramic garden, you'll find two comfortable lounge chairs for your relaxation!
