The living room features two fold-down beds, a comfortable leather seating area, and a fireplace (for decorative purposes only). The modern, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a large refrigerator. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower and toilet. The balcony, furnished with a table, chairs, and an awning, is perfect for enjoying the outdoors in good weather. Free Wi-Fi (100 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) and two TVs are provided, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom.
