Are you looking for a luxurious private accommodation where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in Istria? Villa Kalu is definitely the right and relaxing choice for you and your family! The villa was designed by the renowned interior designer Boris Ružić. Villa Kalu offers plenty of space in a beautifully designed Istrian luxury home. The villa has three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you'll find the living room with a large terrace and access to a swimming pool in the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a separate dining area and a small toilet. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located in the attic. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two separate single beds, one of which can be converted into a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast before taking a dip in the beautiful outdoor pool. In the enclosed garden, offering complete privacy, you can use the barbecue with its large wooden table and cups, as well as the chairs and parasols by the pool. The nearest town, Rovinj, and the beach are 15 km from the holiday home. Restaurants, markets, and shops are also within easy reach.
