The luxurious villa is situated in a dreamlike location with a view, only 10 minutes by car from the famous Nürburgring. The perfect combination of relaxation, nature, and action. Your highlights at a glance:

Wellness area: The swimming pool and the garden area in front of the pool are shared by the guests of the two units of the house. The water temperature is pleasantly between 26 and 28 degrees all year round. The sauna is located in your private area and is fully available for your exclusive use.
Rooms and layout:
Your villa extends over three spacious floors:
• Ground floor:
Here you will find a living and dining area of over 100 m² with an open kitchen, large smart TV, and billiard room. Adjacent is a large bedroom with its own bathroom. Directly in front of the living room is the balcony with grill and panoramic view.
• Upper floor:
The light-flooded gallery with large window front offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Eifel. Here there is an additional lounge with smart TV. Adjacent is another bedroom (equipped with double bed, sofa bed, and baby bed). From the gallery you access the large roof terrace with a wide view over the Eifel. • Basement:
Here you will find the game lounge (with table tennis & foosball), a third bedroom, as well as direct access to your private, fenced garden. Through a small hallway in the basement you reach your private sauna area. Through another lockable door you enter the swimming pool (access for both units can be locked separately).
Parking & Arrival:
In front of the door there is a large parking lot where you can comfortably park with 2 vehicles. Arrival is possible flexibly from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. You will receive an access code for the house in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
Important information & house rules:
There are 2 units in the villa shown. The unit described here is available for your exclusive use (with the exception of the swimming pool and the parking lot). So that all guests feel comfortable, we ask you to behave quietly and considerately in the swimming pool area. Pets: Dogs and pets are allowed on request! Your private garden is fully fenced. Please note that pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area.

The perfect location for nature lovers and action fans! The holiday home is located directly in the hiking and cycling area of the Vordereifel.
• Hiking & Cycling:
The premium trail "Wanderather Traumpfad" and the "7-Dörfer-Weg" start in the immediate vicinity. Other highlights such as Eltz Castle, the Daun Maars, or the Moselle can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. • Action & Family:
The Nürburgring with its famous Nordschleife is the heart of the region and only 10 minutes away by car. The Eifelpark Gondorf amusement park or the Wild- und Erlebnispark Daun are also reachable in about 30 minutes.
• Shopping & Gastronomy:
The towns of Adenau (15 min.) and Mayen (20 min.) offer numerous supermarkets and shops. You will find restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes by car in the surrounding villages and at the Nürburgring.
