The cozily and practically furnished house with around 100 m² will give you the feeling of having arrived. The furnishings are carefully chosen and the spatial layout sets the framework:
- a bright living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen,
- the terrace doors lead out onto the beautifully landscaped property,
- at the center of the living area is the fireplace and the sofa corner with TV/radio
- for everyday convenience, there is a shower/WC on the ground floor
- in the attic there are a bathtub, shower/WC, and 2 bedrooms with extra beds

On the property you have a sun terrace – excellent for breakfast. You can enjoy the day's sun in a beach chair on the lawn of the fenced property. Outdoor amenities: Garden furniture on the terrace, beach chair, grill, 2 sun loungers, sun umbrella, bicycle and firewood shed (bike rental only 400 m away).
End the day on the terrace in the evening and enjoy the Rügen sea air or dream a little by the fireplace with a glass of wine...
