Welcome to Villa Cosima – your holiday home near Poreč in Istria.

Enjoy unforgettable vacation days at Villa Cosima – your private retreat in idyllic Dračevac, only about a 10-minute drive from the historic old town of Poreč and the beautiful beaches of the Istrian Adriatic coast.

With 180 m² of living space, the villa offers room for up to 8 people and combines modern comfort with Mediterranean flair. Four tastefully furnished bedrooms and three bright, modern bathrooms ensure that families or friends traveling together can enjoy ample space and privacy.

The heart of the villa is the spacious outdoor area. On the 1,400 m² fully fenced property, a 40 m² private saltwater pool awaits you, providing refreshment on warm summer days and, if desired (for a fee), can also be heated. Comfortable sun loungers and shady seating areas invite you to relax.

For sociable evenings, an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a large dining table is at your disposal – the perfect place to enjoy regional specialties together and let mild summer evenings fade away under the open sky.

Families with children are also well catered for. The spacious grounds offer plenty of room for playing and romping. Table tennis, badminton, and football goals provide entertainment for young and old, while the adults can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere by the pool.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential kitchen utensils. Of course, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer in each bathroom, as well as a baby cot are also available to you. For maximum living comfort, there is air conditioning throughout the house, fast fiber-optic internet, as well as stylish furnishings and great attention to detail. Here you will feel at home from the very first moment.

Explore the romantic alleys of the old town of Poreč, relax on the numerous beaches of the Adriatic coast, or take trips to Rovinj, Motovun, or Novigrad.
