Description

Located just 100 meters from the sea (Bagno delle Donne), this charming and stylish two-room apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small terraced house. A pleasantly landscaped front garden and four steps lead to a well-furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif before dinner.

The living area features a comfortable sofa, a television, a fold-out Murphy bed for two, and a cozy dining area with a table and chairs. The entire apartment is tastefully decorated with local and Asian art objects and paintings, giving it a unique charm.

From here, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove. The bathroom with a bathtub and shower is directly opposite, and beyond that is the bedroom with a double bed. In this room, too, you'll notice the hostess's love of Asia in the various details.

At the rear of the house, there's another small terrace, which is especially sunny in the evenings – the perfect spot for a sundowner.

This accommodation is primarily aimed at couples and solo travelers looking for practical yet stylish lodging in Talamone, without unnecessary frills, that's both close to the sea and within easy reach of the town center.

Talamone is a water sports mecca, especially for kitesurfers, windsurfers, and sailors.

You'll be spoiled for choice with the diverse culinary offerings of restaurants and bars.

Behind the house is a public parking lot where you can easily park your car.

Guests have exclusive access to all rooms, terraces, and outdoor areas.

We are available to guests at any time during your stay, whether to resolve any issues or to offer helpful tips: beautiful beaches, good restaurants, exciting excursions, sights to see, etc.

Talamone is a wonderful resort town in the Maremma region. It is not overly well-known and therefore not overrun by mass tourism.
