Description
This beautiful holiday home is located in the holiday village of Talamone, which is surrounded by many trees. It is located near the bay of Talamone, a small village between the coast and the Argentario promontory. The holiday village has all the amenities needed for a perfect family holiday. The holiday village has a children's and adults' pool, entertainment/miniclub (in high season), playground, beach service (in high season) and a restaurant serving regional and international cuisine. There is also a barbecue station in the holiday village. Special mention should be made of the many sporting opportunities, be it water sports with kite surfing, sailing, surfing, diving, horse riding or hiking.
The two-bedroom houses (semi-detached) Michelangelo are surrounded by many pine trees and palm trees on a gentle slope. The flat consists of a living room with two full-size single beds (can also be pushed together), which serve as a sofa during the day, a fully equipped kitchenette (with crockery, cutlery, pots), 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and TV are included. A package with towels and bed linen can be booked for a fee (please reserve when booking). 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers on the beach are included in high season (as of 2024). The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Some flats have a sea view! Cushions, blankets included, barbecues are permitted in the holiday village, journey time from the Italian border approx. Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 4.5 hours, half or full board can be booked on site on request. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible daily. In the period from 03.08.-23.08.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights. In the period from 06.07.-02.08.2024 / 24.08.-06.09.2024 the minimum stay is 4 nights. In the period from 22 June to 5 July 2024, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 2 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The nearest beach is called "Parco Beach", just 500 metres away. This beach is very suitable for sunbathing but also for many water sports (surfing, pedalo, diving, etc.). 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds on the beach are included in the high season (2024). On the private well-equipped wide sandy beach (approx. 5 minutes by car, 1x hourly shuttle bus from the holiday village), where pedalos and canoes can also be used free of charge in high season. Car park, restaurant and nice playground available. The calm, clean waters are ideal for children. During the months of July and August there is also a shuttle from the holiday village which takes holidaymakers to the beautiful cliffs of Talamone (only 1km away). Ideal place for those who love diving, snorkelling or cliff jumping.
POOL
The panoramic swimming pool is equipped with parasols and sun loungers. There is a separate children's pool for the little ones.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The amphitheatre is the place where the entertainers organise various types of entertainment. The holiday village offers: panoramic swimming pool, archery, tennis, volleyball, football, table tennis, giant draughts and children's playground. The entertainment team organises aerobics, gymnastics and aqua-gym classes during the day in high season. Miniclub, tournaments and evening games and entertainment, karaoke, dancing, cabaret.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Swimming pool with a view, archery, tennis, volleyball, football, table tennis, giant draughts game and children's playground. You can also book excursions, diving courses, kitesurfing and tourist fishing at preferential rates.
SHOPPING
The holiday village has its own mini-market with fruit and vegetables.
FOOD
The holiday village has a restaurant, pizzeria and bar. There is the option of half or full board in the village restaurant.
PETS
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the accommodation provided, subject to notification at the time of booking.
SPECIAL FEATURES
The holiday village has, among other things: Launderette, Wi-Fi, game room, surf school. Horse rides in the Maremma Nature Park. At the top of the holiday village you will find a small hiking trail of Parco della Maremma. Here you can go on foot or by farrhad. DIVING CENTRE: At Talamone Camping Village you will find a diving centre. It organises courses for all levels (Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Dive Control Specialist). The diving centre has 2 inflatable boats for 15 people. Excursions to Giglio Island, Giannutri, Formiche di Grosseto and diving along the Talamone coast. WINDSURF E KITESURF: Twkc organises windsurfing and kitesurfing courses. You can hire the equipment. It is ideal for all levels! Talamone is a suitable place for these sports! SAILING SCHOOL: Sailing course lasts one week. It is in the morning near the swimming pool. The course includes theoretical lessons and 2 excursions.

LOCATION
The holiday village is located approx. 400 metres from the sandy beach. Thanks to the very gently sloping water, it is ideal for families with small children.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Talamone is located in the south of beautiful Tuscany and is primarily known as a jet-set seaside resort with a marina and numerous villas. The rocks give the place a rugged look and also serve as a diving board for the brave. You can also try out water sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing here. The churches Chiesa della Madonna delle Grazie and Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta, the Rocca Aldobrandesca castle and the numerous watchtowers are well worth a visit. There are also several hiking trails where you can get to know nature better. There are several restaurants and cafés in Talamone where you can linger and there is a weekly market on Thursdays. The town of Orbetello rises in the centre of the lagoon of the same name, in a unique location, connected to Monte Argentario by a dam. The Duna Feniglia Nature Park is a strip of dunes connected to the Ansedonia neighbourhood on the coast and to the famous village of Monte Argentario, Porto Ercole. The town of Orbetello houses tools and other artefacts excavated in the surrounding area in the Museo Civico as evidence of its Etruscan origins. The ancient Mura Ciclopiche and the buildings discovered, both dating back to the 6th century BC, bear witness to a flourishing harbour life in Roman times. The Maremma Nature Park can be visited by mountain bike, on horseback, by canoe or simply on foot. The hills of the nature park offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian coast, the island of Giglio, the island of Elba and Corsica. The hiking trails can be explored on your own, in groups or accompanied by a guide. The water park in Follonica provides fun for the whole family! Here you will find various slides, various water sports courses and even Zumba classes to join in and try out. If you're looking for specialities from Tuscany, you won't have to look far! A variety of restaurants, speciality shops and bars await you in this beautiful area!
