The holiday apartment La Ginestra is located in the upper part of Giannella (Albinia Saltworks), directly by the sea and the beach (20 m). It is situated on the second floor of a small residence nestled in a pine forest and offers magnificent sea views from the Argentario peninsula across the island of Giglio, and on clear days, as far as Corsica.

The newly renovated apartment opens directly into the living room, furnished with a table and chairs, a small sofa, a large chest of drawers, a television, and a large French window leading to the balcony with sea views. To the right of the entrance is a small but well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
