Villetta Le Palme, ideal for 6 people, is located just outside Marina di Campo in an elevated position with magnificent views over the Gulf of Campo. The sea and beach are approximately 800 meters away, and the lively town center is about 900 meters away, both reachable with a pleasant stroll of a few minutes.

The villa offers private parking on the property and is very easy to access. It is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and terraces with garden furniture, and also features a large built-in barbecue—everything you need to organize delicious al fresco dinners with the whole family, featuring fresh fish or grilled meat.

Inside, guests will find a spacious living room with a sitting area, fireplace, and dining area. The large eat-in kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and more. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, a small bedroom with a double sofa bed, and a second bathroom with a shower.

All the other beautiful beaches in the area are just a few minutes away by car: Seccheto (8 km), Fetovaia (10 km), Procchio (5 km), and Portoferraio (accessible by ferry) (15 km).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, the garden, and all outdoor areas.

La Villetta is situated in a quiet, green setting just outside Marina di Campo. The beach and town center are just a few minutes' walk away. The location is also ideal for quickly exploring all the other beaches and attractions on the island of Elba.

Payable upon arrival: €100.00 service fee (final cleaning, utilities, etc.).
