This beautiful stone villa spans 150 m² and is ideal for 6 to 8 people. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area with a sofa bed for two additional guests and a terrace with garden furniture, a bathroom, and a double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The ground floor double bedroom has its own entrance, ensuring complete privacy for guests sleeping in this room. The first floor consists of two air-conditioned double bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a lovely terrace overlooking the pool, the lush garden, meadows, and woods. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² outdoor pool with sun loungers, a garden with a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with a wooden table and chairs, a barbecue, and private parking for three cars. Next to the pool is a games room with darts and table football. The pool is heated only upon prior request and for an additional charge of €25 per day.
