Beautiful Istrian stone villa with a private pool in a quiet location near Poreč. Villa Santolina has two bedrooms and a large, beautifully landscaped garden with a swimming pool (32 m²). On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with direct access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. Two comfortable and spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a double bed and a sofa bed for two people. Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms. Pets are welcome at no extra charge (max. 2).
