The beautifully furnished Villa Graziela is located in the small town of Baderna, near Poreč and only 10 km from beautiful beaches. Built in 1905 and completely renovated in 2008, the house retains its original character and the warmth of its rustic style. It sits on a 1000m² plot. The ground floor of the villa features a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom, are located on the first floor.
