If you are looking for the comfort of a luxury hostel, you should not read any further. But those seeking peace will find it in paradise in Rupeni. Completely secluded from the hustle and bustle and noise of tourist centers, but quickly in the middle of it all if needed – that is Rupeni. On a dreamlike, overgrown 1200 sqm plot there are two separate buildings in typical Istrian stone construction. Relax on the terrace by the beautiful round pool of approx. 24 sqm. Daily life takes place in the main house. Here is the spacious kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and dining area. A sofa bed with double bed and television can also be found here. In the bedroom there is a double bed with a lying surface of 160 x 200 cm. Wi-Fi supports digital communication. And of course, a barbecue area directly in front of the house is not to be missed. There is also the possibility to use a washing machine. You can conveniently park your car in front of the house.
The outbuilding, so-called... Kažun offers sleeping accommodation for two guests along with a separate shower-toilet. The round pool with a diameter of 8 meters is available for your exclusive use.

Rupeni is a small hamlet that belongs to the village of Baderna. The approximately 10 houses are occasionally used by their respective owners as vacation properties. Access is via a long gravel road, which can be easily traversed by any vehicle. In Baderna, 0.7 km away, there is a small supermarket for daily necessities with an attached small café, a church, a hairdresser, a gas station, a pizzeria, and a small bistro. Baderna is conveniently located about 2 km from the nearest motorway junction. By expressway, you can reach Porec, about 10 km away, in a few minutes, with further shopping opportunities, many leisure activities, and of course the sea.

Holidays in Istria 2022
We stayed as a family with a dog for 14 days in this beautiful Istrian holiday home. The garden and the property were very spacious, which we liked very much, as a lot of space is important to us, especially because of our dog. The property is far from a main road - somewhat decentralised and therefore wonderfully idyllic and quiet. We gladly accepted the journey to the sea or to cultural and historical sites. The beautiful terrace also invited us to stay outside from breakfast to dinner. The pool was very clean and big enough for our needs. Super suitable for families with teenagers, as the kids can spend the night in the former Kazun (was also with toilet and shower).
I also enjoyed taking care of the garden a bit - e.g. watering the freshly planted bushes :-))
