It enjoys a peaceful setting and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The villa is exclusive, brand new (built in 2016), and Istrian details are evident throughout. It comprises a ground floor and first floor with a total area of 320 m². The entire house is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi. The large 600 m² garden is enclosed by a stone wall, guaranteeing privacy whether you're relaxing in the garden, swimming in the pool, sunbathing, or barbecuing. Private parking is also available.
