Empuriabrava is located 50 km from the French border and lies directly on the Costa Brava. The town is crisscrossed by canals and offers plenty of leisure activities.
The villa is situated in front of a small park with a playground, and nearby there is a small shopping center with bakeries, cafés, and restaurants. Within walking distance is a small harbor where you can rent a small boat without a license to cruise around the canals. Another harbor is about 250 meters from the house, where you can rent a berth for your boat.
It is 2.5 km to the main beach.
