Exposed natural stone masonry, ecological lime plaster, custom-made chestnut windows and doors, and high-quality solid oak parquet flooring create a warm and stylish atmosphere. Typical Sardinian elements, such as chestnut ceilings on the ground floor and reed ceilings with wooden beams on the upper floor, underscore the house's unique character.

Spread over two floors, the house offers ample space for relaxation: The ground floor features a bright living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and direct access to a small terrace, complemented by a guest WC. Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, an additional anteroom with a sofa bed, and two modern bathrooms – one of which is ensuite with a natural stone shower.

The high-quality furnishings leave nothing to be desired: stylish designer lighting, elegant bathrooms with rain showers and natural stone sinks, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and cozy wood-burning stoves for cooler days.
