Can Toni

Located in the Balearic Islands, Can Toni is a spacious 250 m² estate, ideal for accommodating up to 12 guests in a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature and just 1,500 meters from the beach.

The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can enjoy a comfortable stay from the very first day. To ensure maximum comfort, the estate features air conditioning with both heating and cooling in all bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, a private washing machine, a crib and a high chair included.

Outside you will find a large private garden, private pool, barbecue, covered terrace, uncovered terrace, and private balcony, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and surroundings.

The property offers ample parking for guests. Its location allows you to enjoy both the tranquility of the countryside and convenient access to the beaches and attractions of northern Mallorca.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

House rules

• Parties and events are not allowed.

• The house is equipped with a Verisure video surveillance system installed exclusively in the common areas. The cameras are only active when the house is unoccupied and in alarm mode. Recordings are never made during guests' stay.

• The host speaks French, English, and basic German.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

All additional services must be paid exclusively in cash upon arrival. No other payment methods are accepted.

Air conditioning (optional service)

• Daytime use (09:00-21:00): €40/day.

• Nighttime use (21:00-09:00): €30/night.

• 24-hour use: €70/day. Towels

The stay includes one set of towels per guest, consisting of:

• 1 large towel.

• 1 small towel.

An additional complete set for all guests may be requested for €80.

It is not possible to request individual sets.

Please request additional sets before arrival to guarantee their availability.

Safe

• €2/night.

Baby equipment

The stay includes free of charge:

• 1 crib.

• 1 high chair. Additional cribs and high chairs can be requested, subject to availability, at €15/night each.

Fireplace and barbecue

Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue are not included and must be provided by the guest.

Eco-tax

To be paid upon arrival in accordance with current regulations of the Balearic Islands.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00 (no surcharge).

• Check-in from 20:00 to 00:00: surcharge of €50. • Check-in from 00:00: supplement of €100.

• Check-out: until 10:00.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

To confirm the reservation, 20% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

The remaining 80% must be paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

Book 10 nights and pay only 8 nights of accommodation.

The promotion applies exclusively to the rental price of the estate.

Additional services and the ecotax must be paid for the entire stay. If air conditioning is contracted for the 10 nights, the full 10 nights will be charged.

Promotion valid only for stays whose last day is, at the latest, December 31.

The offer will not be applicable to stays from January 1, 2027 onwards. ────────────────────────

ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY

Upon arrival, guests must contact the owner by phone before entering the property to arrange the delivery of keys, payment for any additional services contracted, and to receive all necessary information for the proper start of their stay.
