When staying here you can sense the history of the place. This ground floor vacation apartment is situated in a 17th-century stone building a listed heritage site, nestled on a pedestrian alley in the Marais district.
Visitors will be surprised by how sophisticated, yet rustic and full of charm the space is.
It is very comfortable with all the modern amenities.
When renovating, I kept the rough, authentic beauty of the space, emphasized by leaving certain essential materials exposed, such as the wooden beams and the stone masonry.
It is located on the ground floor, opening directly onto a pedestrian alley in the Marais. It feels more like a country cottage than a city apartment.
It offers everything you need for a perfect stay : a spacious bed (European king size 63 in × 79 in), a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a stand-up shower, a combo washer-dryer, a wardrobe to store your clothes, a couch to relax... A place where everyone would feel comfortable and at home.
Furthermore, owing to its exceptionally central position, major touristic attractions are easily accessible on foot, including Notre Dame cathedral, the Louvre museum, Picasso, Carnavalet museums and many more...
The immediate area boasts an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, and fashion shops. The luxury department store "Samaritaine" is just a stone's throw away...

Everything we hoped for and More!
We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better host! Laurence was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and met us in person when we arrived. She took the time to show us around the apartment, explain how everything worked, and even shared fantastic recommendations for restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and things to do in the neighborhood. Her local tips truly made our trip even more special.
The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of so many of Paris's top attractions, with plenty of wonderful places to eat and explore just around the corner.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Laurence's place to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!
