Obwohl wir es bestätigt bekommen haben und es bezahlt haben hab es kein Zimmer in dem Hotel für uns. Unfassbar, das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Zum Glück gibt es vor Ort fähige Mitarbeiter der und in 15 km Entfernung ein Zimmer organisiert hat. Zufall, das Hotel war nämlich eigentlich auch voll. Wenn wir kein Zimmer mehr bekommen hätten... Nie wieder!

Rooms are fine. The parking lot is as always overcrowded. What is unfortunately noticeable is that a fallen tree remains, an elevator is out of order for a long time, and checking out after the hotel was taken over by Belvilla takes a very long time; the service staff clearly has problems with the system transition. It is unusual that one has to provide proof that they have already paid. What is additionally a bit annoying is the flood of emails from Belvilla (with the same content) as well as an email from "leisure Lars" regarding my booking... These end up in spam or create the impression that there may be a data breach. This will certainly be sorted out after some time, but it currently does not convey my usual H+ Hotel experience.
