Villa Las Palmeras

Located in the Balearic Islands, Villa Las Palmeras is a spacious 141 m² villa, perfect for accommodating up to 6 guests in a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature and just 700 meters from the beach.

The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen so you feel at home from day one.

To ensure maximum comfort, it features air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, and a private washing machine. If you are traveling with family, you will also have a crib and a high chair included.

Outside you will find a well-kept private garden with mountain views, a spacious terrace on the ground floor, another terrace on the upper floor with panoramic views, a private pool, and ample parking.

Its excellent location makes it an ideal starting point to discover the north of Mallorca, its beaches, coves, and charming villages.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Parties and events are not allowed. • The property is equipped with Verisure video surveillance installed exclusively in the common areas. The cameras are only active when the property is unoccupied and in alarm mode. Under no circumstances are recordings made during guests’ stay.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

All additional services must be paid exclusively in cash upon arrival. No other payment methods are accepted.

Air conditioning (optional)

• 09:00-21:00: €30/day.
• 21:00-09:00: €20/night. • 24 hours: €50/day.

Towels

The stay includes one set of towels per guest (1 large towel and 1 small towel).

An additional complete set for all guests can be requested for €40. It is not possible to request individual sets.

Please request additional sets before arrival to ensure their availability.

Baby equipment

A crib and a high chair are included free of charge. Additional cribs and high chairs may be requested, subject to availability, at €15/night each.

Fireplace and barbecue

Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue are not included and must be provided by the guest.

Eco-tax

To be paid upon arrival in accordance with the current regulations of the Balearic Islands.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00 (no extra charge).
• Check-in from 20:00 to 00:00: €50 surcharge.
• Check-in after 00:00: €100 surcharge. • Check-out: until 10:00.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

To confirm the reservation, 20% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer. This amount is non-refundable.

The remaining 80% must be paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days before arrival.

Reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of confirmation. SPECIAL OFFER: 10 NIGHTS FOR THE PRICE OF 8

Book 10 nights and pay only for 8 nights of accommodation.

The promotion applies exclusively to the villa rental. Additional services and the eco-tax must be paid for the full 10 nights.

Promotion valid only for stays whose last day is, at the latest, December 31. Not applicable to stays from January 1, 2027. ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY

Upon arrival, guests must call the owner before entering the property to arrange the handover of keys, payment of additional services, and to receive the necessary instructions for the proper start of their stay.
