The holiday apartment is in a unique location – in the town center and only a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful forest and dune area. The beach and sea are also only a few kilometers away.
In addition, the accommodation has its own driveway with parking space as well as two sunny, private terraces. In short: a holiday apartment you’ll fall in love with immediately! Inside, you are welcomed by a bright and tastefully furnished living room with a comfortable seating area, smart TV, custom built-in cabinets, and an atmospheric whitewashed oak floor. From the living room, you have direct access to the rear terrace. The luxurious, custom-made kitchen is fully equipped and features a beautiful olive wood countertop as well as modern appliances, including a Quooker (boiling water tap), dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and a 6-burner gas stove.
On the ground floor there is also a well-maintained small bathroom with shower and toilet.
Additionally, there is a practical storage room with washing machine and dryer as well as ample space for storing bicycles.
1. Floor:
A steep staircase leads you to the upper floor. In the hallway there is a stylish washstand with an olive wood countertop, plenty of custom-made storage space, as well as a desk. The cozy bedroom (with wardrobe) with its high gabled roof is equipped with a double bed and has a fan.
Terrace
The holiday apartment has its own driveway with parking for up to three cars. This also provides enough space for a motorhome or a car with a caravan.
In the outdoor area, you can relax wonderfully on one of the two sunny, enclosed terraces at the front or back of the house. Bicycles can be stored.
