On the 1st floor are the living room (air conditioning available), the fully and luxuriously equipped kitchen, a bedroom with adjoining bathroom, and a separate toilet. From here you reach the wonderful rooftop terrace (fenced) with very comfortable garden furniture and a sun umbrella.
On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and cozy seating areas. Large bathroom with every comfort such as double shower, double washbasin, and a large, exclusive whirlpool tub in the bathroom for relaxing together, and here too there is a separate toilet.
The apartment is completely new and very stylishly furnished in 2025.

The ideal starting point for a wonderful beach holiday. You can also find sports, art, and culture in Bergen and its surroundings.
The center of Bergen exudes a special atmosphere with its numerous boutiques, terraces, brown cafes, excellent restaurants, art markets, galleries, and music events. The area around Bergen is very green, and you can wonderfully cycle and hike through the forests and dunes! If you like, you can walk directly from the center of Bergen to the beach in Bergen aan Zee, which is a beautiful walk through nature. There are also numerous mountain bike routes in the area.

You reach the first floor via a staircase, where you will find the entrance to your apartment. In the stairwell, there is access to a small office belonging to the owner, which is used by one person for office work once or twice a week (not on weekends).
You can park one car for free on the street (Zone B and D in Bergen).
