Welcome to beachhouse 149 in Julianadorp aan Zee – your perfect retreat on the Dutch coast! This spacious holiday home offers 110 m² of space for up to 6 guests. Three comfortable bedrooms ensure restful sleep, two bathrooms offer privacy for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machines invites you to enjoy cooking together. In the open living area, a cozy sofa and an adjustable armchair provide comfort, while the large dining table invites you to sociable gatherings. For families, a baby bed and a high chair are available. In the storage room, there is also a red handcart.
Enjoy sunny hours on the terrace with a view of the garden, or borrow bicycles from the complex for excursions to the nearby sandy beach. A highlight of the house is the view of the dunes and the quiet location of the house. Nothing disturbs the view of the often spectacular sky on the coast – exposed to the elements! A private parking space for up to two large vehicles directly at the house offers comfort. Washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer make everyday life easier – even during longer stays. For entertainment and relaxation, there is a large smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Numerous games and a library of books can also be used. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Tradesmen are also warmly welcome.
In the storage room you will find the cushions for the comfortable outdoor furniture, as well as a sun umbrella and a garden hose on a reel.

Holiday home in Julianadorp aan Zee – just a few steps from the beach! Our beachhouse 149 is located in the Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne with all amenities! At the modern reception you can order baked goods for the next day and get information for excursions. In the same building there is a beautiful indoor swimming pool with a large slide, rapids, whirlpool and a children's paddling pool, a bowling alley, an indoor playground and a very nice brasserie with a terrace to enjoy the sun. During the holiday season, the resort offers a leisure program. Outside the building there is a large children's playground. Several children's playgrounds are spread throughout the grounds of the complex. Next to the mini-golf course there is a new multi-purpose hard court where you can play, for example, football, basketball, or hockey. The resort also offers a tennis court and a 9-hole golf course with A-status, a par-3 family golf course, as well as the possibility to rent canoes. Fishing is also allowed by the water. The resort offers bicycle rental. The walk to the beach takes about 25 minutes. The park has beautiful trees and a small lake, so nothing stands in the way of a short or longer walk with the dog.
By car, it is only a few minutes to Den Helder. There you will find the recommended Naval Museum as well as the ferry port that leads to Texel. Definitely worth a trip. Small towns in the area invite you to stroll and enjoy the local cuisine. The Schoorl Dunes, a bit further south, are certainly a highlight at any time of year! To the north of it lies a beautiful polder landscape and a birdwatching center.
