Villa Aurelia is a beautiful stone villa in authentic Istrian style, combining traditional architecture with modern comfort. It is located in a private, gated residential complex (Gated Community) and offers its guests additional security, privacy, and tranquility for a thoroughly relaxing holiday.
The villa accommodates up to 8 people and features 4 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms as well as 3 modernly equipped bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, while all rooms have been carefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort.
On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Bright interiors, natural materials, and elegant details create a pleasant atmosphere in which you will immediately feel at home.
The outdoor area of the villa invites you to relax and enjoy. The fully fenced property offers a private swimming pool with sun terrace, an outdoor whirlpool, as well as several covered terraces for relaxing and lingering. A special highlight is the 40 m² covered summer kitchen with a large dining table and gas grill.
For additional relaxation, guests have access to a sauna, which, however, cannot be used in July and August. From the terraces and some areas of the villa, you can enjoy a partial sea view as well as a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The quiet location offers the perfect opportunity to escape everyday life and enjoy the Istrian way of life.
Within the fenced property, there are 2 private parking spaces available. Additional parking for further vehicles is located within the residential complex.
