We spared no expense and poured our hearts into transforming one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the Walporzheim district of Ahrweiler—a 15-minute walk from the Ahrweiler market square—into a truly special oasis of well-being for your stay in the Ahr Valley, while adhering to ecological and sustainable building principles.

Sustainability was our top priority.

You'll realize that sustainable and ecological construction doesn't mean sacrificing any comfort the moment you step inside.

The building materials used—wood, clay, stone, lime, cork, cellulose, and hemp—combined with a wall/floor heating system powered by a heat pump/PV system, create a unique indoor climate and perfect living comfort.
