Welcome to this lovely, bright summer house in the middle of the lively village center of Egmond aan Zee. An attractive holiday home for 2 people, equipped with all comforts for a relaxing stay by the sea — both in summer and winter.
The house features a cozy living room with a comfortable sitting area, dining table, and television with all channels. Of course, free wifi is available. Thanks to the warm interior, you will feel at home here right away.
**Enjoy peace, wellness, and privacy**
One of the absolute highlights of this house is the lovely private garden with a sunny lounge area and an infrared/infusion sauna in the shed. Perfect for completely unwinding after a walk on the beach. Even in the colder months, this is a fantastic place to get some fresh air and relax.
Bringing bicycles? These can be safely stored in the enclosed garden. Fully equipped kitchen
The spacious kitchen is equipped with every convenience, including:

In addition, all necessary pans, crockery, glasses, and cutlery are provided.
Comfortable bedroom
Upstairs there is a spacious and bright bedroom with two comfortable single beds (90x200 cm). The beds are already beautifully made up on arrival with luxury duvets and soft pillows. There is also a large wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, and a hairdryer.
Bathroom
Downstairs you will find a modern walk-in shower and a separate toilet. **Extra information**
