A special charm is added by the fenced and well-kept garden with a private pool, a sun deck, and loungers. The large, covered terrace with dining table and grill is perfect for relaxed socializing and outdoor meals, while table tennis and badminton are available for additional entertainment.

In just a few minutes by car you can reach the amphitheater of Pula, restaurants, shops, and numerous attractions.
