The ground-floor apartment is fully equipped. It includes an induction cooktop with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment and microwave, toaster, etc. A flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a stereo system with CD and DVD player, and a hairdryer in the bathroom are also provided.

The living room has a sofa bed for a third person.

A carport is available for parking, which is especially appreciated in winter.
