Dear holiday guests,

As of Thursday, border and health controls will be discontinued vis-à-vis Germany, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria's Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg announced on Wednesday. Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg on Wednesday, therefore applies to a booking in June 2020 100% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, should there be renewed entry restrictions.
Our apartment will of course be thoroughly cleaned before occupancy.

Our apartment is located in an absolutely quiet location directly at the beginning of the Bregenzerwald with beautiful views to the Alps.

Nevertheless, the apartment is very conveniently located and offers the possibility of numerous excursions.

You can reach the beautiful Lake Constance with the city of Bregenz in about 20 minutes. The nearby Switzerland with the Swiss shore of Lake Constance, the Appenzeller Land and the Allgäu with the island of Lindau are also only a stone's throw away.

We are aware of a certain oleological responsibility, therefore we heat our central heating with the renewable raw material wood, our spring water comes from our own mountain spring and contains no chlorine. Instead it is treated with UV light. Therefore it has a high drinking quality and is balm for the skin. (is controlled 2 times a year independently) and we get our electricity from hydropower.

The holiday apartment is idyllically situated with a view of the nearby village centre in an absolutely quiet location with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Bregenzerwald.

Starting point for great hikes in the Bregenzerwald or to the nearby Dreiländerblick with views of the mountains all the way to the Säntis in Switzerland. Breathtaking is the 63 km view over Lake Constance into the distance, which opens up on a train ride to the local mountain Pfänder.

Furthermore, the proximity to Bregenz invites you to the festival or to a dinner evening followed by a visit to the casino. If the weather should not be so good, Bregenz or Dornbirn offers itself possibly for a small shopping tour.

Bathing guests are warmly welcomed at Lake Constance or find fun and pleasure in the baths, Lingenau, Alpamare in Oberstaufen, indoor and outdoor pools in Bregenz, Dornbirn and Lindau. Our hobby anglers get their money's worth at Lake Constance. Also a boat trip to the island Lindau or to the flower island Mainau is booked with pleasure.

In the nearby Riefensberg golfers can pursue their dream of an 18 hole in one. Hobby golfers enjoy the miniature golf course in the immediate vicinity of the Festspielhaus. For young and old, a ride on the legendary Bregenzerwald Railway offers an unforgettable adventure. Contemporaries can, for example, expand their knowledge in the local history museum, the Juppenmuseum or the museum in Bregenz. The Inatura in Dornbirn with its variety of native flora and fauna is considered a tip of the first order. Romantics will find unforgettable moments in Gebhardsberg Castle, Schattenburg Castle or the Palace of Hohenems. Romantic walks through lush meadows or strolls along the promenade on the shores of Lake Constance make every heart beat faster.

In winter, cross-country skiing trails, ski slopes, toboggan runs or the ice-skating rink in Hard offer the right alternative for every taste. Walks through the snow-covered landscape enchant everyone in equal measure. A party over the turn of the year offers an experience for every taste.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, super view

We found a very clean holiday flat, super well equipped and comfortably furnished. The surroundings offer many possibilities for activities. We also liked the view and the helpfulness of the landlord. We and the children really had enough space. All in all, a successful holiday, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

A beautiful holiday flat that fulfils all wishes

Our holiday has just come to an end. It was wonderful. The clean, bright and tastefully furnished flat, which offers everything you need for a perfect holiday, contributed significantly to the fact that we spent a great time there. Nature, hospitality and comfort with a view of the Alps, holiday apartment in a great location

Apart from beautiful nature and breathtaking views of the Alps, the village itself was also manageable with beautiful architecture and friendly people. The accommodation was extremely cozy and really very extensively equipped with everything you could need. There are many excursions and hiking opportunities in beautiful countryside. The owner lives in the house, is extremely friendly and helpful. All in all: highly recommended!

Relaxing vacation in top apartment with excellent value for money

Despite its very quiet location, it is also quite central. If you don't feel like driving, you can spend a quiet and completely relaxed time in the Bregenzer Wald, away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle, but within a short time you are at Lake Constance (about 15 minutes), where vibrant life prevails in some places, alongside quiet spots. But the Bregenzer Wald also offers a lot of interesting things, for example, cheese lovers can buy excellent Bregenzerwald mountain cheese directly from many small cheese dairies at a very reasonable price as part of the Bregenzer Käsestrasse. The modern wooden architecture is also very interesting, among many other things. Numerous excursions to nearby Switzerland, where staying overnight has become almost unaffordable, round off the excursion possibilities. Regarding the apartment itself, it can only be said again that everything is perfect – very large, bright and flooded with light, modernly designed apartment, great view, wonderful mountain air, etc. and everything, really everything is available – very clean, great beds, very friendly, helpful and dedicated landlord.

Perfect vacation in an extraordinary holiday apartment

Hello, the photos are already promising, but they still cannot capture the relaxed atmosphere in the holiday apartment, as we think. The apartment offers everything you need and more to spend some wonderful days or weeks there and relax in absolute peace. The view, the condition, and the equipment of the apartment are hard to beat, it was very clean and well maintained. The location is optimal for people seeking peace and quiet like us, but also central enough that you can quickly reach all the major ski areas in the Bregenzer Wald. The view from the balcony is great. We were able to really switch off from everyday stress. This apartment can only be recommended! You will definitely not be disappointed!

Best value for money in a top holiday apartment.

We have been searching for a vacation apartment for a long time. It shouldn't be small or half in the basement, it should be well equipped and affordable, so like finding a needle in a haystack. And with this apartment, we found it and even more.
The apartment is really spacious, top equipped with everything imaginable, has a fantastic view, super comfortable beds, really nice and warm, quiet, very clean, and the landlord was very friendly and helpful. We were overwhelmed by our stay here and have already booked again.

The perfect holiday

We spontaneously booked this beautiful holiday flat. Everything looks even better in reality than in the pictures. We were welcomed by the very friendly and helpful landlord. A bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates on the bedside tables were there for the reception. The flat is very nice and spacious. The large balcony, which is also covered, invites you to linger for a long time. The flat itself is very well equipped, as other holidaymakers have already written, everything is there. There are even binoculars and a collection of games. The hi-fi system and the two large-screen TVs are hard to find in any other holiday flat.
The flat is also very clean and the beds are excellent;
we had an excellent night's sleep. We would love to come back and have already booked for our holiday.

From here you can also make beautiful trips to Bregenz, Lindau, Wasserburg, Konstanz etc.. In short, great flat, great facilities, great landlord. Super flat, very well equipped, couldn't be better!

We spent a super short holiday in the Alpenblick-Schneider flat. A great and huge flat with a unique view over the valley to the Alps. Perfectly equipped, starting with the extremely extensive kitchen equipment, the large screen TVs, the hi-fi systems, many, many useful little things, etc. We have never had this even in really expensive holiday flats. In addition, the flat was really nice and warm. We were particularly impressed by the comfortable yet firm beds. Finally, no worn-out and much too soft mattresses. We slept very well. The flat is also very quiet. The flat is very spacious, very clean, has everything you need and even more (even a washing machine is available), There are plenty of lamps, which was also very important to us. On our arrival we were very kindly welcomed by Mr Schneider, who showed and explained everything to us. After unloading, we enjoyed the wonderful view on the balcony with the champagne that had been chilled for us. Thus began a wonderful holiday in a perfectly equipped flat. Every morning we could have breakfast on the balcony. The flat itself was very clean, the beds excellent and the entire equipment just perfect. From the kitchen to many but very useful little things to all the entertainment electronics. The location of the flat is ideal for many excursions, whether to Lake Constance, Switzerland (where an overnight stay is priceless) or here in the mountains. We have already booked again for the next time. The price-performance ratio is simply excellent.

Super flat with unique panoramic view

Very nice flat, ideally located for many excursions in the mountains and to Lake Constance.
We have never had such extensive facilities before.
Kitchen equipment, perfect beds etc, also very clean and a very friendly and helpful landlord. What more could you want? We will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment, great value for the price.

This is how we always imagined the Allgäu and searched for it for a long time in today's Allgäu and did not find it. But here we finally found it. In this magnificent and completely quiet nature, this beautiful and spacious holiday apartment is located, in which everything, really everything that one can possibly need, is available. The water from the mountain spring tastes excellent. The apartment is very clean. The beds are great, so we slept excellently. The panoramic view from the balcony is fantastic, a good pair of binoculars is of course also available. Due to the central location, there are many opportunities for excursions.
A very helpful and friendly landlord who showed us everything and explained everything upon our arrival rounds off the extremely positive overall impression of this holiday apartment.

Super panoramic view, beautiful, very clean and bright holiday apartment, top furnished.

Despite being located in a very quiet area, it is also quite central. If you don't feel like driving, you can spend a peaceful and completely relaxed time here in the Bregenz Forest away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle. However, within a short time, you can reach Lake Constance (approx. 15 minutes), where, in addition to peaceful spots in some places, vibrant life prevails. But the Bregenzer Wald also offers a lot of interesting things. For cheese lovers, there is the Bregenzer Cheese Road where you can buy excellent Bregenzerwald mountain cheese directly from many small dairies at a very reasonable price. The modern wooden architecture is also very interesting, among many other things. Numerous excursion possibilities to nearby Switzerland, where staying overnight has become almost unaffordable, complete the excursion options. Regarding the apartment itself, all I can say is, everything is perfect, very large, bright, and light-filled modern apartment, great views, wonderful mountain air, etc., and everything, truly everything is available, even binoculars, a game collection, a huge and absolutely complete kitchen equipment is also available.

The stereo system and the two large-screen TVs are rarely found in a holiday apartment. Everything very clean, great beds, very friendly, helpful, and dedicated landlord.

We will come back and have already booked this great apartment for our next stay before someone else is faster.

Dream apartment at a high level in a great location with full equipment and a unique view.

The holiday apartment is very idyllically located. We had a magnificent view not only from the large balcony but also from the living room and bedroom over the entire valley and the Alps. The location is optimal and not far from various attractions and Lake Constance. The apartment is very spacious and exceptionally well equipped. We have never had such a well-equipped vacation rental before, from the coffee machine to the Braun kitchen machine, and the high-quality dishes and cutlery, large-screen TVs, stereo systems, binoculars, and so on. Nothing is missing here. We felt at home here and not like in a faceless vacation rental bunker. The apartment was also very clean and well-maintained, and the beds were great so we slept excellently. The spring water tastes so good that you can also drink it pure, but tea and coffee also taste much better. You can completely save yourself from carrying beverage bottles.

The landlord was very warm and helpful, available at all times. We felt very welcome.

The value for money is simply excellent.
