Description

You will find the "Ferienhaus Frida" here in Hösseringen on the edge of the forest, where "individual and relaxed living" is possible.
You are undisturbed in a lot of nature. If you enjoy it, then this is the right place for you.
You will find peace, relaxation, leisure and can easily start from here to discover the surroundings in your own personal way.

We wish you every success in this endeavour.

In addition, the property of m², with apple trees, firs and oaks, offers various places to linger and rest and play areas for children. At the right time of year, you can find mushrooms on the property, grub potatoes and collect or pick apples for your own use.

The furnishing between modernity and tradition gives the house a special charm.
The centre of the house is the old tiled stove in the generously designed living room. There are 2 different dining options in it. Furthermore, the house offers living on 2 floors.

On the lower floor:
1 double room for 2 persons
1 sep. shower with WC
1 living room / dining room
1 kitchen with the necessary electrical appliances, e.g. electric cooker with 4 hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster

On the upper floor
2 single rooms
1 double room
1 large bathroom with WC (incl. washing machine)

Bed linen, towels and table linen are provided.

Furthermore:

Central night storage electric heating, additional heating for each floor

1 TV-digital Sat, 1 DVBT TV HD
2 radio sets

Enough terrace furniture available. Also 2 bicycles available on request.

Outbuilding available and can be used (e.g. for bicycles).

A 12 m long driveway leads to the courtyard, where the vehicle can be parked.

The house has 120 m². For the guests 90-100 m² can be used.

Adults and children (up to 5 years free, from 6 years 7 euros per day) are welcome.

We wish all guests a wonderful holiday time, good relaxation in the Lüneburg Heath in the Suderburger Land, a good arrival and a safe journey home.

Dear Novak family...
Today is our departure day..unfortunately.
We felt very comfortable all around...
A house with a special charm.

Not dewy, but with charm

Charming holiday home with spacious garden in the middle of the beautiful village of Hösseringen. Everything is neat and clean, even if the equipment (especially the kitchen) is no longer the latest. But the landlords take good care of you and everything went smoothly.
We would love to come back!

The house is in need of significant renovation.

We were very disappointed, the house is very run-down and it smells musty. It should be renovated.

Da auch wir häufiger dort übernachten, können wir getrost sagen, es riecht nicht muffig. Selbst die Lage mußte bei Ihnen Federn lassen.

Beautiful holiday week

We received a very friendly welcome. The accommodation is great with a dog. The large garden is ideal. Unfortunately, we had a mishap and dropped an ashtray. We have taken care of a replacement and hope it will be OK. The house is a bit nostalgic and a bit modern and very cosy. We would stay there again at any time and can only recommend it. It didn't smell musty at any time. Opening the window could help.
