Welcome to our holiday home Strandslag 314 "Golden Love" in Julianadorp aan Zee – your perfect retreat for up to 4 people with dog(s).
!! NEWS !! Starting November 2026, the bedrooms will be equipped with new vinyl flooring instead of carpet!
Enjoy relaxing vacation days on 65 m² of living space with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Seestern 314 is a cozily furnished, detached holiday home with a large garden, fully fenced at about 60 cm height, which will soon be further landscaped with shrubs and other plants.
The house has two bedrooms, a large living room with integrated dining area and an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (two single mattresses) and a spacious wardrobe, the second bedroom with two separate single beds and another spacious wardrobe. The duvets available in the house measure 135x200 cm and the pillows 40x80 cm.
The light-filled living room invites you to relax on two large sofas by the fireplace, read, or watch TV (Smart TV incl. Netflix), and the kitchen offers, in addition to an electric stove with oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, and dishwasher, everything you need for cooking. The dining table seats 4 to 6 people.
From the hallway with a wardrobe in the entrance area, you reach the bathroom with shower and washbasin and the separate WC. In the hallway, in a niche, there is also an additional fridge-freezer that was purchased later, because the fridge in the kitchen is likely too small for most guests.
The spacious terrace is a true sunspot and invites you to linger with comfortable patio furniture.
In the garden shed you will also find two sun loungers and cushions for them, and in the cupboard there various cleaning utensils, a broom, and a vacuum cleaner. For our four-legged guests, there are bowls and dog toys.

The holiday home is located in the holiday park “Strandslag” in Julianadorp aan Zee. The holiday park is separated from the dunes of the North Sea only by a parking lot and a coastal road. You can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot, or you can drive by car to one of the nearby beach accesses. The adventure playground belonging to the holiday park is situated by a pond and offers an adventure raft, small football field, basketball hoop, and a table tennis table. The park also has a mini-golf course with a restaurant, bread roll service, and bicycle rental. Various vehicles can be rented at the holiday park administration.
The holiday park complex also features e-charging stations for electric cars, a dog washing station, and a laundromat with washing machine and dryer.
In the immediate vicinity you will find a 9-hole golf course and a subtropical indoor swimming pool, as well as numerous restaurants in Julianadorp and the nearby Den Helder.
The holiday home "Golden Love" is located in the third construction phase of the holiday park and was built in 2001. A beautiful, large garden surrounds the house. The garden is completely fenced. Our little house is situated on a 370m² plot in a quiet side street at the edge of the park. In front of the house, on the private property, is the parking space for your car.

Beautiful time
We had a wonderful, quiet, and relaxing time in the great house of Karen and Katja.
Our first impression, everything very clean and the house lovingly furnished. Bathroom and toilet - two rooms - impeccable. The large garden is fenced, which we appreciated as dog owners.
Whether cleaning supplies, candles, sewing thread, games, and books - everything is available.
The house has a good energy.
It takes about 15 minutes to the beach. Good shopping options (baker, butcher, supermarket, etc.) about 5 minutes by car.

WOW!!! …we really loved it!!!
... in this extraordinary holiday home in a strikingly quiet location, yet only a "stone's throw" from the sea.
The house touched our hearts with its friendliness and its overall appearance, both inside and out. From the very first moment, we felt welcome.
The interior design is lovingly and tastefully chosen.
In the kitchen, we lacked absolutely nothing. We cooked deliciously and often together, the first time also with an air fryer... haha! We enjoyed the tasty food at the large table, sometimes in the cozy living room, sometimes on the sunny terrace under the sunshade. We were also very pleased with the additional large extra freezer with plenty of space for our extensive beverage and ice supplies. We slept very well; the beds and mattresses are very balanced in their firmness/softness for our feeling, and we were comfortable.
The bathroom and toilet are very nicely designed; everything here, as in the entire house, is exceptionally clean and very tidy.
The two hosts, Karen and Katja, are always helpful and extremely friendly.
We experienced them as very attentive, warm-hearted people. We are very happy to come back very soon and especially also very happily again and again.

Dream vacation! Everything just fits here.
We felt completely at home in this beautiful holiday house from the very first moment. The house is very bright, extremely well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. You can immediately tell how much love and care went into preparing everything here.
The contact with the landlord was completely uncomplicated, warm, and reliable from the booking to departure. We were received very kindly and always felt welcome. We were particularly thrilled with the large, fenced garden, which makes the stay perfect for dog owners. We were always a 15-minute walk to the beach.
The beach itself is beautiful and made our vacation even more enjoyable.
Another big plus is the very well-equipped kitchen, and you can tell that the owners pay attention to the little details that make a stay especially pleasant. From soap and dishwashing liquid to kitchen rolls and many other useful things, everything is available. The additional refrigerator is also very practical.
Overall, everything just fit perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay, felt completely comfortable, and are already looking forward to our next vacation in this great holiday home.

Unser erster Eindruck, alles sehr sauber und das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet. Bad und Toilette - zwei Räume - einwandfrei. Der große Garten ist eingezäunt, was wir als Hundebesitzer sehr zu schätzen wussten.
Ob Reinigungsmittel, Kerzen, Nähgarn, Spiele und Bücher - es ist alles vorhanden.
Das Haus hat eine gute Energie.
Zum Strand sins es ca. 15 Minuten.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt etc.) ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Das Haus hat uns mit seiner Freundlichkeit und in seiner gesamten Erscheinung von innen und von außen sehr im Herzen berührt. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen gefühlt.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack ausgesucht.
Bei der Kücheneinrichtung hat es uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Wir haben lecker und oft zusammen gekocht, das erste Mal auch mit Airfryer…hihi!! Das Leckere haben wir am großen Tisch verspeist, mal im gemütlichen Wohnraum, mal auf der sonnigen Terrasse unter dem Sonnenschirm.
Sehr erfreut hat uns auch der zusätzliche große Extrakühlgefrierschrank mit viel Platz für unsere umfangreichen Getränke- und Eisvorräte.
Geschlafen haben wir sehr erholsam, die Betten und Matratzen sind in Ihrer Härte/ Weichheit für unser Empfinden sehr ausgewogen, wir haben angenehm gelegen.
Bad und Toilette sind sehr schön gestaltet, auch hier ist, wie im gesamten Haus, alles außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr ordentlich.
Die beiden Gastgeberinnen Karen und Katja sind stets hilfsbereit und dabei äußerst freundlich.
Wir haben die beiden als sehr achtsame, herzliche Menschen erlebt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne sehr bald wieder und vor allem auch sehr gerne immer wieder.

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin verlief von der Buchung bis zur Abreise völlig unkompliziert, herzlich und zuverlässig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten jederzeit das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein.
Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem großen, eingezäunten Garten, der den Aufenthalt gerade für Hundebesitzer perfekt macht. Wir waren immer in 15 Minuten fußläufig am Strand.
Der Strand selbst ist wunderschön und hat unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht.
Ein großes Plus ist außerdem die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und man merkt, dass die Besitzer auf die kleinen Details achten, die einen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Von Seife und Spülmittel bis hin zur Küchenrolle und vielen weiteren nützlichen Dingen ist alles vorhanden. Der zusätzliche Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch.
Insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, uns rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus.
