The house accommodates up to 13 adults, 4 children, and 2 babies – spread over three floors with a well-thought-out layout. Ground floor:

Great holiday home for a relaxing vacation
We felt completely comfortable in this spacious holiday home in Horumersiel. The location is very good and the house offers plenty of space and really great amenities, nothing is actually missing.
We particularly enjoyed the sauna and the available beach chair. Even in bad weather, there is no boredom: table tennis, darts, and foosball provide plenty of entertainment and cozy evenings together. The landlords are very friendly, helpful, and always approachable. The check-in was also uncomplicated and completely problem-free.
Overall, a very nice holiday home with a really good price-performance ratio. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the house!

Family weekend in a great accommodation
We had a great family weekend with 10 adults, 4 children, and a dog in the coastal pearl. This house has everything you need. Very nice contact with the landlord. Help was provided immediately for a small problem. Even people with disabilities can manage well on the ground floor. We would love to come back.

Very nice days in a great holiday home
We were there for the second time with eight adults and nine children, including a six-week-old baby, and we felt very comfortable. It is well-equipped, bright, and clean, offering plenty of space and various leisure activities, including a sauna and a private beach chair. Individual requests are addressed immediately. I can recommend the house without reservation.

Very well-equipped house for large families!
We spent our vacation here for the second time with children and now nine grandchildren. The house is very well equipped; in the kitchen, everything is available that one needs for about 15 people: large bowls and baking dishes, good pans and pots. The children had a lot to discover under the roof and in the garage, and the beach chair next to the kite meadow in Horumersiel was a good meeting point. The contact with the landlord went great, so we could easily organize a mid-cleaning. Overall full marks for up to three families (because three bathrooms) with children.

Besonders schön fanden wir die Sauna und den zur Verfügung stehenden Strandkorb. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kommt keine Langeweile auf: Tischtennis, Darts und Tischkicker sorgen für jede Menge Unterhaltung und gemütliche gemeinsame Abende.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Auch der Check-in war unkompliziert und völlig problemlos.
Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einem wirklich guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Haus absolut empfehlen!
Das Haus ist groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Für die Kinder givt es gute Spielmöglichkeiten - auch bei schlechtem Wetter.
Wir können die Küstenperle uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!
Besonders die vielen Bäder und schönen Schlafzimmer haben uns gefallen- und der Garten!!
Parkplätze waren ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden. Der Ortskern war zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
