The heart of the apartment is the open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for shared evenings, and a comfortable sofa area with a TV. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day of hiking. From here, a door leads directly to the southwest-facing balcony, where the Wetterstein massif with the Zugspitze as a backdrop provides daily moments of wonder, whether over morning coffee, at sunset, or under the clear starry sky of the mountains.

The apartment offers two comfortably furnished bedrooms with high-quality double beds and their own TV in each. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. If you wish, you can wake up here in the morning to the gentle mountain air and Alpine panorama. Privacy and comfort are ensured by two full-size en-suite bathrooms, both with natural light and walk-in showers, as well as an additional guest bathroom with natural light. One of the modern bathrooms is semi-open and located in the bedroom, visually separated from the sleeping area by a stylish partition. For your privacy, the toilet is also completely separate, enclosed by a door. A washer and dryer are also available. Perfect for longer stays and active vacations.

Farchant is a charming village in the heart of the Werdenfelser Land region, just three kilometers from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and nestled at an elevation of 672 meters between the Ester Mountains and the Wetterstein Massif. With approximately 3,600 residents, the community has retained its village character and offers exactly what many vacationers are looking for: an authentic Alpine setting without the tourist crowds, yet with full access to the region.
Well-known hikes start right from the village, including the Philosophenweg trail to Partenkirchen with panoramic views of the Wetterstein Mountains, as well as the ascent to the Kuhflucht Waterfalls, which, with a drop of around 300 meters, are among the highest waterfalls in Germany. In winter, the Garmisch-Classic ski area attracts visitors with 40 kilometers of slopes at Alpspitze, Kreuzeck, and Hausberg, as well as Germany’s unique ski area on the Zugspitze.
