Welcome to the Alberta vacation apartment! Located in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, on the second floor of a residential and commercial building, a spacious 2-room apartment awaits you, which is ideal for two to four people.

Here you will find a bright, large living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair and dining area, ideal for relaxing evenings in front of the flat-screen cable TV or listening to music on the radio stereo system. If required, the sofa can be folded out and converted into a comfortable sleeping area for 2 people. The adjoining south-west-facing balcony is furnished with comfortable furniture and offers a fantastic view of the impressive Wetterstein massif and the Zugspitze - the perfect place to enjoy the sun and end the day.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: From dishwasher, oven and microwave to coffee machine and toaster - everything is there to make you feel completely at home.

The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed for restful nights. The large couch in the living room can also be pulled out and offers sleeping accommodation for 2 more people. The modern bathroom has a shower, bathtub, washbasin and WC, as well as an additional guest WC. WLAN is of course available to you, as are a washing machine and dryer, which are available for communal use. A parking space is reserved for your vehicle in the underground garage.

The flat's location is ideal for short or long explorations of the town or the surrounding area: shops, restaurants and the local bus stop are just a few minutes' walk away. The historic Ludwigstraße with its lovingly painted houses and traditional Bavarian pubs is also very close by. For nature lovers, there are walking trails at the foot of the Wank, which offer marvellous views of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the surrounding mountains.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat einen tollen Blick vom Balkon und hört, trotz anfänglicher Bedenken nichts von der Hauptstraße. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Apartment Alberta over Christmas and New Year. The apartment was light-filled and generously proportioned, with lovely homely touches that made it feel immediately welcoming. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with everything needed and more to comfortably prepare meals, and having a washer and dryer available was a real bonus for a longer stay. The location was ideal, within walking distance of both the historic centre and the newer part of town, with several supermarkets and restaurants close by. The hosts were genuinely lovely and provided plenty of useful local information. A special highlight was enjoying excellent views of the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony, along with beautiful mountain views from both the lounge and bedroom windows.

The apartment was very nice, cozy, and clean, just like in the pictures. Although the location is very central in the city on a main street, fortunately, you hardly notice it, as all the windows and balconies are on the other side with a view of the mountains. There is an underground garage in the building, which we only used once when there was no parking on the street in front of the house. The apartment is tastefully and well-furnished, and you quickly feel at home and comfortable. At the time of our stay, there was indeed scaffolding for ongoing facade work on the house (which slightly obstructed the view of the mountains from the balcony) as well as a defective elevator, but the agency gave us a very generous discount for this reason, and the contact with the agency was consistently very friendly. From my perspective, the "regular" price of the apartment was a bit too high, as we were not there during the typical holiday season. They were not in the high season, but in the low season (early May). However, with the special discount due to the aforementioned impairments, that was more than okay.
