The sunny and quiet apartment has two terraces and a spacious garden. Parking areas are sufficiently available. The Residence "I Vigneti del Garda" is located in the vineyards in the hinterland of Lazise, about 2 km from Lake Garda. The residence has a very large and well maintained communal pool and numerous other caterers (bowling green, park, playground). The bustle is far away - but the lake is very close. The village Cola is known for the "Baths of Cola" - a year-round outdoor hot spring bath. Cola is directly accessible from the exit Affi and highway and offers numerous shops (including supermarket, bakery, post office and pharmacy). The center of Lazise is just a short drive away. The lake can be reached by bike also in a few minutes.

We have been here several times and are enthusiastic about the location.
Right in the middle of the vineyards absolute tranquility.
The holiday apartment has two terraces, both equipped with awnings. The apartment itself is lovingly furnished with everything your heart desires.
The garden is large and beautifully landscaped.
2016 was the first time here and since then only repeat offenders.
Our dog also feels very comfortable here. We have been looking forward to coming here all year to relax and unwind. Nearby, there are wonderful restaurants where you can treat your palate. Martha is very helpful with everything, a wonderful person, always willing to listen to any questions. We are grateful to have made this acquaintance and can highly recommend the property without reservation, giving it the highest possible score.

Very nice apartment, beautiful property, great location.
We have stayed in this vacation rental several times and feel very comfortable there. Plenty of space in the garden, everything you need in the house. 2 nice terraces, both with awnings and seating. Beautiful grill, sun loungers, and bicycles available. I can only recommend the apartment. This year we will also vacation with Mrs. Pfraumer again. The apartment is very well located; there are many opportunities to explore the surroundings.

The holiday apartment is located on the edge of a holiday complex, very quiet, with a beautiful view of the vineyards. A communal pool can be used. The garden is very large and beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The holiday apartment has two terraces, one sunny and one covered terrace at the entrance area. The property enjoys sun all day. Awnings are available. A shower for refreshment is also present. The apartment is tastefully decorated, fully equipped, with new furniture giving the impression of being newly renovated, nothing was missing.
In the town of Cola, fresh bread rolls can be obtained from the bakery or the small supermarket. Approximately 2 km away in Pacengo, there is a harbor where you can take a walk and swim.
Lazise is about 3 km away. A very beautiful harbor with great shops for strolling.
We will gladly come back. We felt very comfortable from the beginning.

Review: The apartment is sensationally furnished. There is nothing missing, absolutely nothing. Two bedrooms with access to the terrace. One room with a double bed, the second room, very narrow, one bed along the side, one bed at the end. Storage space above the beds. Suitable for children or, as in our case, for snoring couples. In front of the living room, another terrace. An apartment that fulfills one's holiday wishes!
A beautifully landscaped and spacious garden. The apartment is located on the edge of COLA (a district of Lazise) in a holiday complex directly adjacent to the vineyards, offering unobstructed views.
Cola is a small, cozy and charming town with upscale dining options at half the price compared to at home!
Noteworthy is the supermarket, which has absolutely everything. The beach is about 1.5 km away. Also easily reachable by foot with our dog. Lazise is about 2-3 km away. The apartment in Cola was for us the quiet starting point for the hustle and bustle in Lazise or trips to larger cities to the north and south.
