The holiday flat is about 10 minutes' walk from the centre of the village. There you will find a supermarket, bakery, bank, post office, hairdresser and restaurants. There is also a home service for pizzas.
There are many shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
Our property remains in the immediate vicinity of the Gardaland amusement park, Movieland and the Thermal Park.
Near Lake Garda there are large outlet centres where you can find brand-name goods at bargain prices. The ambience is inviting because the shops in the outlet centre are laid out like a small shopping street rather than a closed mall.
The surrounding towns: Lazise, Garda, Bardolino, Peschiera, Sirmione, Valeggio + Verona offer natural beauty and interesting monuments.

Super great vacation apartment, anytime gladly again.
Hello vacationers, our holiday apartment/house was absolutely amazing. It was super clean, highly modern, and very central. The landlord, the dear Guido, welcomed us very warmly and was very fond of our two dogs 🐶. He gave us a very detailed introduction in the holiday apartment/house. He provided us with great information on what we can do and where to find the best restaurants 🍽️🍷, it was really awesome. We now have our travel destination for next year 🌍! Definitely back to Guido at Lake Garda. Now to you dear Guido, many thanks for the great time, we will see each other next year, and thank you, thank you, thank you for everything. ? ? ?

Anytime again and highly recommended
We were in Italy for the first time and ultimately chose this holiday home because the landlord was great in communicating with us. We traveled with 2 dogs, 4 adults, and a care-dependent teenager. Even beforehand, we received a lot of information from the landlord, which made our arrival and stay easier. The house and the property are very clean. A heartfelt thank you to the landlord.

Dreamily beautiful vacation apartment
This vacation apartment is simply amazing, super central location and top amenities with a lot of love for detail. We felt comfortable from the very first moment. Especially worth mentioning is the communication with the landlord. Guido took care of us from the inquiry to our departure, very kind contact. Wonderful dreamlike short vacation
We booked the holiday home spontaneously a day in advance. Everything was uncomplicated, and we had already had very nice contact with the landlord beforehand. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and everything was explained and shown to us.
Cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were perfect; there were no wishes left unfulfilled. The garden is beautiful, and the pool is nearby.
We especially appreciated the folders where everything was explained and described again, including nearby excursion destinations, etc. The location is perfect, a great Italian town, and you can quickly get to Lake Garda. The morning bread delivery was a dream. Everything is highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful days and see you soon. ;)

Beautiful and pure vacation
We were with 5 children and a dog in the house, perfect for us. We could sit together comfortably, everything we needed was there, and even fresh bread rolls every morning. Absolutely recommendable, especially the excellent service from Guido. You supported us with advice and action.
