The holiday flat is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children, consists of an upper and ground floor, has a large private garden and is located on the upper floor, in a quiet holiday complex with swimming pool and children's play park with table tennis and volleyball court. The pool area and play park are approx. 30 metres away from the holiday home. Opening hours for the pool area

C-01 is only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Colá. There you will find a supermarket, a bakery, the bank, the post office, a hairdresser's and numerous restaurants

The holiday flat is about 10 minutes' walk from the centre of the village. There you will find a supermarket, bakery, bank, post office, hairdresser and restaurants. There is also a home service for pizzas.

Our property remains in the immediate vicinity of the Gardaland amusement park, Movieland and the Thermal Park.
Near Lake Garda there are large outlet centres where you can find brand-name goods at bargain prices. The ambience is inviting because the shops in the outlet centre are laid out like a small shopping street rather than a closed mall.
The surrounding towns: Lazise, Garda, Bardolino, Peschiera, Sirmione, Valeggio + Verona offer natural beauty and interesting monuments.

Simply great
The accommodation is super clean and well laid out. You feel comfortable right away. Guido is a treasure, he was always reachable and took care of everything immediately. Pool nearby, as well as the lake and many shopping opportunities. Fresh rolls delivered in the morning on time. The children didn't want to leave anymore and our two dogs were doing great. We will definitely come back and this time stay longer :-)

Great holiday home with child and dog
We had a lovely week and felt very comfortable. Guido was an attentive host and always approachable. Fresh bread rolls were served every morning. The house and garden are very well maintained and we enjoyed the nearby pool. Excursions can be easily reached by car. We would love to come back!

Very clean accommodation
We had a great time in this accommodation this summer. It was very clean with very good facilities. A very nice garden with lots of seating options. The pool area was always clean and the service was great. The landlord was friendly and reliable. It is well suited for dogs. We will definitely come back.

Great time at Lake Garda!
We had a really nice vacation week in Cola. The holiday home is beautiful, super well equipped and well located. We didn't miss anything. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, air conditioning and fan were available. Washing machine was also available. The conservatory was very cozy. We would have liked to use the large garden with the many seating areas more, but the mosquitoes were already very extreme in the evenings. Fly screens on the windows would be desirable, but probably difficult to implement due to the shutters. The bread delivery service was great. We were with a dog and a toddler - all four of us felt very comfortable. The pool, which was only a 1-minute walk away, was of course great, and the playground was also happily visited. It was really nice and highly recommended! Thanks again to Guido for the great reception and the beautiful holiday home!

We can only report good things about the time and the accommodation. We had a wonderful week there in a clean, great house with its own fenced garden, which was also ideal for our dogs. There were five of us in the accommodation and it was a great time for all of us. You only needed a few meters to the free swimming pool where the ladies enjoyed relaxing on the sun lounger in the pool. The paths to the lake are also short and it was simply a great but unfortunately too short time. Guido as a host must also be mentioned, as he is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back.

Perfect accommodation
Great flat , beautiful large garden for sole use. Equipment super, everything was available. The flat is newly renovated and was very clean and very well equipped. Perfect holiday with dogs and children. Close to the thermal park, good restaurants and a supermarket. We also loved the daily bread delivery service. Many thanks to Guido, our landlord! We will be happy to come back.
