The bungalow is located in the small El Jardin complex, 400 meters from the sea. It features a quiet, spacious garden with a shared freshwater pool. Two sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a parasol are provided.

The bungalow is 110 square meters and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with walk-in rain showers), a large living/dining room, a kitchen, a fenced terrace with direct access to the pool, and a large flat-screen TV with German channels.

Parking is available directly in front of the bungalow.

The 2018 renovation includes: aluminum windows with mosquito nets, completely new floor tiles, a large double bed (210x200 cm), and new bathrooms.
