The spacious "Gebhard" apartment is located on the ground floor and lower ground floor and offers approximately 150 m² of living space. The ground floor features a large, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace with a built-in bench and comfortable seating, and a large dining area. This floor also includes two bathrooms and a double bedroom. The lower ground floor contains a double bedroom with access to the terrace, a triple bedroom, and a twin bedroom. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV. A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and parking spaces are located directly at the house.
