The lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers 75 m² of space with 2 cozy bedrooms with TV, a bathroom with shower, and a comfortable living-dining area with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) and leaves nothing to be desired. In the spacious living-dining area with a cozy atmosphere, you will find a large corner sofa with satellite TV, a dining table for 4 people, as well as free Wi-Fi – ideal for relaxing hours after an eventful day. A furnished balcony with sunshade is available for you outside.
You can park free of charge directly on the property at the holiday apartment. Bicycles can be stored separately in the lockable storage room (sockets for e-bikes are available). As an initial supply, bed linen is already included in the total price.
Please bring your own towels.

You can reach the island of Usedom by car via the two mainland bridges B 110 Zecherin Bridge and B 111 Peene Bridge Wolgast.
The bridges are opened for ship traffic regularly 4 times a day for about 15 minutes.

The central location makes Mellenthin the perfect starting point for excursions across the entire island, whether to the idyllic inland lakes, the Achterwasser, or the Baltic Sea. The connection to the Usedom cycle path network invites you to explore the picturesque Achterland and the sunny island of Usedom by bicycle. The nearby imperial spas with their dreamy, fine sandy Baltic Sea beaches are only about 11 km away. Just beyond the state border (20 km away) lies Swinoujscie, a lively Polish port city.
