Booking Conditions and Special Features

From November 7th to April 30th, heating will be charged separately based on consumption. The daily rate for heating oil applies.

The pool is closed from December to the end of March.

The minimum stay from December 1st to March 31st is 28 nights. During this period, no mid-stay cleaning is included.

The minimum stay from April 1st to May 21st is 7 nights.

From April 1st to November 6th, utilities are included in the rental price (excluding heating).

Eco-tax:

Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has implemented an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.

This fee varies depending on the villa category and season:

From April 1st to October 31st, the fee is €15.00 per night per villa, and from November 1st to March 31st, it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.

The fee can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.

No interim cleaning is included during this period. - The minimum stay from 01.04. to 21.05. is 7 nights. - From 01.04. to 06.11., utilities are included in the rental price (excluding heating). **Eco Tax:** Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.
