Enjoy your holiday on the island of the gods in this fantastic villa!
Enjoy your holiday time in our dreamlike Villa Harmony. It impresses with its traditional construction and is divided into 4 different levels.
In addition, it has a wonderfully grown-in garden, which invites you to linger. The property is over 4000 square metres and is planted with many Mediterranean plants. A green oasis!
It has 3 bedrooms for 6 persons and 3 bathrooms. On the gallery there is the possibility to comfortably accommodate 2 more people. Each of the bedrooms on the ground floor has its own terrace. A bathroom with shower is located between the two bedrooms. The second bathroom is connected to the living area and has a corner bathtub, as well as a toilet and bidet. All bathrooms are daylight bathrooms.
The upstairs bedroom has an en suite bathroom with large shower, vanity, toilet and bidet. On this level is the smaller roof terrace (approx. 4x4 m).
The loft is furnished as a reading room, with a large selection of books, and has two single beds if desired.
From here you have access to the large shaded roof terrace (10x4 m) with a dreamlike wide view.
Enjoy your morning exercise on the large terrace. The villa is equipped with a yoga mat. If desired, Mira, the yoga teacher, can be booked and will gladly come to your villa
Villa Harmony has a large terrace on the ground floor (permanently covered, shaded with a pergola) which extends from the entrance area through the kitchen to the living room, as well as 2 roof terraces. There are two dining areas and an additional lounge area in front of the living room.
Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 1.80 x 2.0 m and a large wardrobe. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have TV.
The living area and the kitchen are open plan and each have access to the terraces.
The living room has a large TV and a stereo system with Bluetooth. In addition, the villa has a fixed internet connection with flat rate and W-Lan, also on the terraces.
All bedrooms, as well as the loft and the living-dining area, are of course equipped with AC.
The bedrooms and the living room also have fans.
Most of the terraces and the garden are secluded. Enjoy the warmth of the air on a lounger under the large palm trees, by the pool or on one of the many other terraces around the house.
The pool to the villa is approx. 12 x 4.30 m and can be covered with a solar foil. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
There is a table tennis table in the villa.
Park your car comfortably in the double garage, so it is always nice and cool.

We have been living in Crete since 2004 and maintain our villas ourselves. Key handover, a competent contact person for all questions etc. is on site. We are always available by phone. A detailed description of good tavernas, excursion destinations, doctors etc. is available in the villa. Please also have a look at kretafan, where you will find many guestbook entries Do you want to arrive earlier or leave later? Long-term holiday? Ask us! We will be happy to call you back! We are happy to help you book a rental car. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You will be expected at the airport, there is no need to queue and wait anywhere. We take care of everything for you in advance. You can then leave the car at the airport. Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season: The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €10.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests. The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or with Visa or Master card. |

Several airlines fly to Heraklion or Chania daily from most German airports. From Chania airport it is about 80 km, from Heraklion about 85 km to the villa.
