Welcome to Schmitzebrink’s holiday apartment in Kierspe-Rönsahl – your retreat for a relaxing stay in the Sauerland! The apartment, at around 50 m², offers space for up to 4 guests and features a separate bedroom as well as a second bathroom when booked for more than two people. The open living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (180x200), an additional armchair, satellite TV, games, and a fine selection of books, inviting you to linger. In the modern and open kitchen you will find an induction cooktop and oven, a microwave, coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster as well as all cooking utensils. For shared meals, there is an antique dining table and also a high chair for children available.
In our garden, which you are welcome to use, you can enjoy sunny hours and use the available charcoal grill and also a fire bowl (both available on request) – ideal also for sociable evenings. A parking space in front of the house ensures a stress-free arrival. Towels and bed linen are included, and the beds are freshly made upon your arrival. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, so you always stay connected. The house has a fiber optic connection.
Bicycles can be stored and charged in the garden shed by arrangement; we can also securely accommodate a trailer, e.g. for a motorcycle.
A PV system and heat pumps provide electricity and warmth. The house has a fully biological wastewater system and a village-owned water supply via a deep well.
Tradesmen are also very welcome. The apartment is intended exclusively for non-smokers. Discover the advantages of this charming holiday apartment and feel at home from the very first moment!
