Beautiful traditional Ibizan house that retains its authentic charm, located between Sant Joan and Sant Miquel, near Benirrás and Cala Xarraca beaches.

The layout features a covered porch leading to the main room with dining and sitting areas, which connects to the kitchen, bedrooms, and an additional dining area. The house has 4 bedrooms: three doubles (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and one single bedroom, all equipped with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms inside and an outdoor bathroom by the pool.

The fenced exterior includes a shallow swimming pool for children, a lovely garden, and a covered porch with an outdoor table, barbecue, and refrigerator. It’s cozy for winter getaways, with two fireplaces for warmth.

Note - Guests must contact the partner a few days before arrival to confirm pet acceptance and the applicable fee, which may vary depending on the pet’s type and size.

To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
