Nicht leicht zu beeindrucken, aber diese Villa hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen mit ausreichend Platz und effizienter Klimaanlage in den Zimmern.

Das Wohnzimmer hatte einen gemütlichen Kamin, ideal für abendliche Stunden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage erfüllte unsere Anforderungen bestens.

Der späte Check-in verlief problemlos, alles war vorbereitet und wir fühlten uns während unseres Aufenthalts entspannt. Ich habe durchweg gut geschlafen.

Warm welcome at airport, more than beautiful house, everything catered to perfection, severe hospitable owner etcetc. We did not want to go home and come back for sure!!

At the airport we were met by Karin van Belle Villa. They brought us to the villa. The lovely villa with private pool is situated between orange trees. The area is quiet and very beautiful. The villa is fully equipped. A must !!! (Located close to the Hippie Market)

Here you do not want to leave! As a family we have flown to Ibiza with 3 young children during the autumn holidays. We received the tip in advance to have the first messages delivered to the house, so that we could go straight to the house after arrival and did not have to leave. Very nice! Arrived we were warmly welcomed and the house was quietly explained to us. Our girls (6, 4, and 2 years old) have great fun in the playground and pool. The house also has a beautiful, beautiful green garden, including a badminton field, half basketball court, ping pong table, dart board and even an exercise bike! Furthermore, good wifi, TV and sound system. Fat BBQ for the men. From the house it is short drive to a few great beaches. Also supermarkets and nice villages in the immediate vicinity (although everything in Ibiza is of course close). But our girls were also happy to be "at home" because it was so delicious. We will definitely come back again!

Good reception by the hostess, beautiful surroundings, quiet and lots of greenery and enough space. Big plus were the fruit trees that we were allowed to eat from. Owner has also left a very good impression. Very helpful and explained everything well. Also in the house for all equipment user manuals. Owner had also provided water, fruit and wine for the first day as a service. Very nice. Everything was already there, washing-up liquid, hand soap, herbs, etc. Even toys and a bath for the children you could use.

We continue through the agent in Ibiza escorted to the villa where they were met by the friendly owner Toni. What a nice people and this was a nice start to the holiday. The house is really beautiful and what a room outside the house to say. Delicious enjoyed the quiet, the pool and the surrounding area. House is located near the restaurant road where really huge fun, delicious restaurants can be found. If you want to find the crowds then you're so in Ibiza town so easy to do. Within half an hour If you want to go to the beach then there are plenty of beautiful places in the neighborhood. We find it highly recommended !!!!

Fantastic villa on a beautiful island. Most beaches are drive away within 20 minutes. If you do not go to the beach, it offers the pool at the villa outcome. You can relax on the sun terrace or in one of the many other places around the house, even with hammock between palm trees! Owner Toni is very friendly and always ready to help you if you need him.

Wonderful holiday in spacious villa in Ibiza countryside with great pool and nice owner. Lots of space and beautiful garden in orange grove. Ferse orange juice every morning. To ride with the car everything well.

What a great villa! Spacious and well equipped. Quiet, but very nice location and yet a short distance away (by car) from the rest of the amazing island. The receipt by the owner Karin was top!

It was the most beautiful finca we have stayed in! Quiet location, very nice surroundings. The finca is spotless and furnished with love, we did not want to leave. The owner, as well as the staff of Belvilla are very warm and have taken very good care of. We can highly recommend the finca!

Just like last year, we were more than satisfied with our stay at Casa Toni! What a beautiful setting. Host Toni had taken care of everything again. Karin (who receives guests on behalf of Belvilla) has now also met. We would love to come back!

This luxury villa provides a great holiday experience. The owner does everything he can to make you feel at home. The area is fantastic (rent a car). For me it is coming home. I would love to come back there again.

Beautiful villa in the countryside of Ibiza. Owner Toni is helpful and makes for a memorable time. The villa is child friendly and even toys available. You need a car to be able to move to other places in Ibiza. The villa is clean and the garden is very well maintained. The orchard is great. Every day fresh orange "orange may presses. Lemons are also reap abundantly.

Wonderful holiday. The house was just amazing, everything was super clean. Everything was there. Large garden, large pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a lovely lounge area. Owner Toni was very nice, likeable, honest and easy going person. Handy to have a car if you want to explore the island.
