Welcome to the holiday apartment **hyggelig tid 19** in Grömitz on the Baltic Sea – the ideal retreat for up to four guests.
The 43m², 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor is located in the well-maintained "Atlantic" apartment complex. It is suitable for up to 4 people and impresses with an 11m² south/west-facing balcony.
The apartment offers you a modern, spacious living area with an open kitchen and access to the balcony. A comfortable sofa bed in the living area serves as an additional sleeping option (140x198cm) when occupied by more than two people. A modern OLED TV provides entertainment.
In the open kitchen, there are a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, etc. At the dining table (150x80cm), not only do four adults have space, but "the little guest" is also considered with a high chair for children. The separate bedroom is next door and invites you to dream with its bed (140x200cm). Here too, an OLED TV provides entertainment. A fold-out sleeper chair offers an additional sleeping option for a child (75x180cm). Alternatively, a crib (60x120cm - without mattress) can also be provided.
The interior bathroom is modern and comfortably furnished and features a shower, washbasin, toilet, and heated towel rail. A changing table is also available for the "little guests."
You can enjoy the furnished, spacious south/west-facing balcony at any time of day.
The associated outdoor parking space number 19 is reserved for you. The elevator will conveniently take you to the 2nd floor. A washing machine and a dryer are available for communal use in the basement (for a fee). There is also a communal room here for storing bicycles. With a vacation in the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz, you have made the right choice. While the Baltic Sea breeze blows around your nose, you can extensively watch the boats and ships entering and leaving the ultra-modern marina. You will spend many hours on the beautiful promenade, which offers great places to linger – playgrounds, sports facilities, and a wide range of restaurants are waiting to be discovered. You are guaranteed not to get bored in Grömitz. The seaside resort awaits you with a variety of leisure and entertainment options. Relaxed vacation
The apartment is freshly renovated, cozy, and very clean, matching the exact pictures.
There is more than enough storage space, and everyday items like pots, pans, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, hand soap, etc. are available.
The bed is very narrow at 140 cm wide for couples, and the sofa bed is extremely hard, making it possible to sleep only with an air mattress on it (despite the mattress topper). The location is great, as all grocery stores are nearby, Rossmann in the same building, yet the apartment is quiet because it faces the back.
The building has an elevator and there are options to store bicycles both in the basement and in front of the house.
The hallways definitely lack motion sensors, as it can be very dark there.
Communication with the landlords was friendly, courteous, quick, and uncomplicated, as was the service on-site. The price-performance ratio was right.

Hi everyone, We, my husband and I, came to love and appreciate Grömitz a few years ago and have since tried to spend as much time as possible in Grömitz. Our little mouse (born 2024) has already come to love Grömitz as well. Last year we were able to fulfill our dream and buy an apartment, so that we can introduce our favorite place to you too. We have extensively renovated and refurbished the apartment and furnished it with a lot of love and passion. We hope that you like our little oasis as much as we do and that you treat it with respect and care, just like your own home, so that we and many other guests can enjoy it for a long time to come.
