Welcome to our holiday home on the Grevelingen Sea, directly at the small beach and the harbor of Den Osse.
You can reach the North Sea by bike after 6 km or in a few minutes by car. At Brouwersdam you can even park for free.
The Grevelingen Sea is right on your doorstep.
Your retreat for relaxing vacation days on the Dutch coast!
Our detached holiday home offers you 80 m² of living space, providing enough room for up to four guests. The open living area invites you to cozy evenings with a fireplace and is furnished in a modern style. The furniture in the living room was completely renewed in 2025. TV, radio, DVD, and free Wi-Fi are also available.
For children, you will find a small selection of games and puzzles in case a little boredom arises.
Our house has 3 bedrooms and all are equipped with wardrobes offering ample storage space. One bedroom is additionally equipped with a separate washbasin with mirror. This bedroom was completely renovated in 2025.
The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
You can park comfortably in front of the house; e-charging stations are located in the large parking lot at the entrance.
Our house is located by the water and the garden is fully fenced. On 3 terraces you can enjoy your vacation in any season. On the covered terrace by the house, a garden table with chairs is at your disposal, while you can make yourself comfortable on the large wooden deck by the water in the lounge furniture.
The small wooden terrace in front of the living room is also furnished.
Under the large magnolia you will always find a shady spot – two garden loungers are also available.
A BBQ grill is at your disposal for sociable barbecue evenings. If you need bed linen or towels, you can book these optionally. Our holiday home is intended exclusively for non-smokers, so that all guests can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.
Activities:
Of course, you can go for wonderful bike rides – “lekker fietsen” as they say in Dutch. Enjoy the fresh air at the Grevelingen Lake and the North Sea.
The Brouwersdam is a paradise for surfers and kitesurfers. But did you also know that the Grevelingenmeer is a European hotspot for divers? Right on your doorstep!
On the small canals, directly from Den Osse, you can rent a canoe and paddle at your leisure.
And of course, you can also go hiking.
Ideas and routes can be found in the little book provided in the house.
Our holiday home is not far from Zierikzee – one of the most beautiful Dutch towns. With more than 500 listed buildings, Zierikzee is one of the so-called Dutch "monument cities."
Zierikzee is located directly on the Oosterschelde, and if you are lucky, you may spot porpoises here, which are called "bruinvis" in Dutch.
Take a walk along the dike and after 2 km you will reach the beautiful small town of Brouwershaven.
With its nearly 2,000 inhabitants, Brouwershaven has city rights and you can admire the beautiful town hall. Or you can explore the lively little town of Renesse.
Zeeland is known for its unique ring villages. Take a bike tour to the tranquil villages of Dreischoor or Nordgouwe.
The provincial capital Middelburg is always worth a visit. Just like the beautiful little town of Veere.
Want even more culture?
The major cities of Antwerp and Rotterdam are each only about 70 km away.
And the beautiful Belgian town of Bruges is also suitable for a day trip. And one more little (secret) tip for the spring:
Zeeland has magnificent tulip fields that you can admire in peace and without large crowds of visitors.
Food & Drink
Zeeland is known for its excellent cuisine. The trend towards “streekproducten”, i.e. regional products, is increasing more and more.
Of course, you must try Zeeland’s “black gold”: mussels! Experience relaxing days by the sea, let your soul unwind, and look forward to your break – a warm welcome to your holiday home!
