*Please air out for 5–10 minutes after showering and repeat this daily. During the heating period, never leave the windows tilted – this prevents mold and saves energy.
*Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
*In winter, skis and ski boots can be stored in the stairwell upon prior arrangement. Please do not walk in the building with ski boots.
*Please indicate the correct number of guests when booking. Additional guests can be registered at any time before arrival. For unregistered persons, a fee of CHF 80.– per person will be charged, plus the usual additional costs for extra persons.
***1. Liability of the guests***
Guests are liable for all damages, loss, or theft caused by them and will be charged the full replacement value. Airbnb, as an intermediary platform, assumes no liability, and the offered damage protection only covers certain types of damage and does not replace full insurance.
2. Duty to report
Damages or defects must be reported without delay – at the latest at check-out – as claims in the AirCover process must be submitted within 14 days.
3. Use of the accommodation
The accommodation is to be used with care and as intended; additional or unregistered guests as well as parties are prohibited. Common areas are to be used considerately.
4. Safety
Observe the smoking ban, switch off electrical devices after use, always securely lock doors and windows, and keep escape routes clear.
5. Official registration of residence with the municipality is expressly prohibited.
